Privacy
Short version: we collect business information that’s already public, plus what you send us to get your site right. We don’t sell it and we don’t build advertising profiles.
What we collect
Publicly listed business details — name, address, phone, hours, menu, photos, review counts — gathered to build your site. If you contact us or claim a site: your name, email, and anything you write to us. If you subscribe: billing details, held by our payment processor, not by us.
Why
To build and host your site, to mail you one postcard about it, to answer you, and to make the edits you ask for. That’s the whole list.
We send one postcard to a business address about that business’s own site, and at most one reminder. Tell us to stop and we’ll remove the address from future mailings permanently.
Who else sees it
Only the vendors that make the service run — hosting, print and mail fulfilment, email, and payment processing — and only what each needs. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Visitors to your site
Published sites keep basic aggregate traffic counts so you can see how many people found you. No third-party ad trackers, no cross-site cookies.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including an unclaimed site built for your business. Email hello@tablecard.co and we’ll action it within 30 days. Unclaimed sites and their source data are deleted automatically after twelve months.
